Route description

The route runs through picturesque areas of Ile-Alatau National Park. We will drive up the Turgen gorge to Assy astronomical observatory. Here the cycling route starts. The cycling route runs to the west: through the top of Assy plateau and down to the gorge near the observatory. It then runs up and along Don Zhailau plateau to the descent at the Kairak waterfall and further down along the gorge to Batan camp. Escort cars will be there ready to go.
